    3. Service Completion at £850: Our service commitment is deemed fulfilled once the total billing reaches £850. This cap ensures clarity and fairness in our billing practices.

    4. No Refunds for Completed Work: As our service is based on the provision of professional time and advice, we do not offer refunds for completed work. Our team invests significant effort and expertise at each stage of your application, making fees for hours of service rendered non-refundable.

    5. Client Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the client to provide all necessary and accurate information and documentation in a timely manner for the application. Delays or inaccuracies in providing required materials may impact the success of the application and do not constitute a basis for a refund.
